🧠 Educational Qualification

✅ For Classes 1–5:

• 12th (Intermediate) passed or equivalent

• D.El.Ed / Diploma in Special Education or B.Ed (Special Education)

• JTET (Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test) / CTET pass where required

✅ For Classes 6–8:

• Graduation from a recognized university

• B.Ed (Special Education) or Diploma in Special Education

• JTET / CTET pass where required

Selected candidates will receive pay as per 7th CPC pay matrix:

✅ Intermediate Trained Assistant Teachers (Class 1–5):
Level-4 Pay Scale — approx. ₹25,500 to ₹81,100/month

✅ Graduate Trained Assistant Teachers (Class 6–8):
Level-5 Pay Scale — approx. ₹29,200 to ₹92,300/month

In-hand salary will vary with allowances (DA, HRA) and deductions.
